Cauliflower sliders with spinach and broccoli slaw by @eatingthemplants 💛
Recipe:
Serves 4
12 sliders / small
burger buns
1 handful fresh spinach
1 handful broccoli slaw
cauliflower :
½ cauliflower
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 big tbsp. coconut oil
2-3 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. coconut syrup
1 tsp. paprikadressing :
½ cup greek yoghurt
3 gloves of garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juiceHeat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces and put them into a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss around. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are dark.
In a pan heat the coconut oil, hot sauce and paprika. Add the roasted cauliflower and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add he coconut syrup and fry for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Make the dressing in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Toast the sliders.
Build up the burgers by adding some dressings on the bottom bun followed by spinach, roasted cauliflower, broccoli slaw, some more dressing and the top bun. Enjoy! #letscookvegan #entree
