cauliflower :
½ cauliflower
3 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe:
Serves 4
12 sliders / small

1 handful fresh spinach
1 handful broccoli slaw
cauliflower :
½ cauliflower
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 big tbsp. coconut oil
2-3 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. coconut syrup
1 tsp. paprika

dressing :
½ cup greek yoghurt
3 gloves of garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces and put them into a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss around. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are dark.
In a pan heat the coconut oil, hot sauce and paprika. Add the roasted cauliflower and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add he coconut syrup and fry for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Make the dressing in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Toast the sliders.
Build up the burgers by adding some dressings on the bottom bun followed by spinach, roasted cauliflower, broccoli slaw, some more dressing and the top bun. Enjoy! #letscookvegan #entree

Simple recipe: Start by toasting a slice of vegan pumpernickel bread until crispy. Then mash 1/3 of a ripe avocado on the slice with a fork. Ground fresh black pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt on top to taste. (optional: add a few drops of your favorite hot sauce for a kick.) Next, add halved sungold cherry tomatoes (you can use any cherry tomato), halved sanditas (sour gherkin melons- you can use cucumber chunks as well), young marigolds, and cilantro flowers (or you can use micro cilantro leaves). Then devour! Makes for a perfect breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack.
